Delivery & Returns 

Delivery Terms & Conditions within the UK 

All our items are posted through Royal Mail. Your order will be well packaged in bubble wrap and tissue paper upon arrival. Parcels that are dispatched through our 2nd Class Standard FREE deliver option are aimed to be delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch. We CANNOT provide a tracking number for our standard delivery options however proof of postage is available upon request.  Our processing time for our Free delivery option and our 1st Class Delivery option (£1.99) is 1-3 working days. However if you need a guaranteed, speedier service you can pay a small fee to upgrade to all our other delivery options which are dispatched on the next working day. 

Rest of the World 

We have two delivery options for our international orders our standard delivery option is only £5 allow 5-10 working days from dispatch. We have an international tracked and signed for option which is £10 and this will take 3-5 working days after dispatch. 

Returns Policy 

if you are unhappy with your purchase or there is damage to the product, we offer an exchange on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. We do not offer refund of payment under any circumstances. However if an item is damaged we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the damage. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and the buyer will have to post the item back to our address via any courier service in the UK. 

The Return/Exchange procedure is simple:

-If your return/exchange is accepted, we will guide you with the next steps.

-Your return/exchange will be processed within 14 days. 

Which items am I not able to return/exchange?

If a product has been personalised, it unfortunately cannot be returned as this product cannot be resold. 

Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your right to return faulty products.

 

What if something is faulty?

On the rare occasion that we don't quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via our online chat where we are happy to help. Please return the product under our normal return's procedure within 7 days of the original purchase date and we will be happy to exchange it for the same item.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately after your order has been placed we cannot accept any cancellations. The processing of your order begins as soon as you place your order.

Pre-order Policy 

Some items on our website will be on ‘’pre-order’’ due to very high demand. Pre-order simply means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now and are giving our customers the chance to pre-order so you don’t miss out when it arrives. 

The timescale of pre-ordered items vary however they usually take 5-7 business days extra than our usual delivery time. You will receive an order confirmation email directly after placing an order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If your order includes non pre-order items your order will be dispatched altogether with the pre-order items once they arrive.
